Nonprofit parnership «National Gold Keepers», a professional gold vault institution managing the operations of an independent repository that issues warrants, to be subsequently traded at the Moscow Gold Exchange. Partnership regulates the repository’s operations and monitors the actual stock of gold in the repository and its quality. It is responsible for the actual backing of DWCs with physical bullion. Vault’s operations are regulated by a Supervisory Board, made up of professional gold market participants.
