International Reserve Settlement System (IRSS), the parent company of German Sterligov Group of Companies. IRSS is focused on developing the infrastructure of Russia’s bullion market. Its top priority is to introduce a system for making payments in gold. IRSS goals also include the creation of the infrastructure and the necessary conditions for bullion trading through a network of offices across Russia and abroad.
