Anticrisis Settlement and Commodity Center (functions transferred to IRSS), a network of regional IRSS offices providing German Sterligov Group of Companies services, in particular the services of organizing multiparty countertrade and transactions with gold in form of warrants. Network members have a preferential right to develop gold trading infrastructure in their regions under the German Sterligov Group of Companies brand name, and to use corporate software and network opportunities.
